The Guiding Leadership & Outreach (GLO) Program

The Guiding Leadership & Outreach (GLO) program developed by Global Learning Labs, is a two-day workshop to educate youth leaders on the fundamentals of leadership and driving projects aligning to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This program was brought to Sri Lanka with the partnership of AHRP and AIESEC and several corporates joined in with representatives taking part in a 4 day train the trainer program to drive this project. Sysco LABS has 25+ such qualified trainers including 7 Master Trainers and is looking to conduct this program for youth leaders. We would like to take on batches of 20-25 for the two-day workshop where the participants will have a completely different experience to a workshop. The program covers the following areas in a format that is unlike any other conventional training: • United Nations Sustainable Development Goals • Leadership 101 • Mental Models • Communication & Feedback • Values and Actions • Working in Teams • Change Happens • Sustainable Communities The end goal of this program is to train youth leaders to execute sustainable projects. This program gives them the tools to identify, manage, and execute a project that would have a sustainable impact on a community. NOTE: • Breakfast, lunch, and an evening snack will be provided to all participants • All materials, stationery and charts will be provided by Sysco LABS
